Supplied in a desert coloured M.O.L.L.O pouch, which is on current issue to US forces. It comprises of two kits A Minor kit, which covers cuts and grazes, and a Trauma kit, which is used for major injuries such as gunshot wounds.

This is the cutting edge in wound management, the granules are poured directly into a wound, which forms a plug and stops the bleeding.
